Begin your journey by biting into a delightful poached Hokkaido scallop before moving on to a seared yellowfin tuna with pesto sauce and raspberry-wasabi sorbet.

Continue by sinking into a sea of roasted peppers with smoked salmon cream soup before feasting on Phuket Lobster Sunrise and grilled wagyu beef, Chef Apisit's winning dish "The Iron Chef Thailand 2022".

Complete your taste journey with our signature crème brûlée served with roasted coconut, homemade kimchi and cotton candy.
